I created collages in Picasa and uploaded the photos from there.
The first collage is a selection of animals we saw, and the second of people and the zoo inhabitants. :-)
A summer wouldn't be a summer without trips to Aldergrove Lake - especially this year while we still have it! This particular day we went at dinner time and practically had the lake and beach to ourselves. It wasn't the hottest day, but the kids still loved it! A picnic for dinner and some swimming is always a hit.
Recently we went to Hope to spend some time relaxing at Kawkawa Lake, and hanging out with Martin's parents. Mom had just spent some time in hospital for pneumonia, and we were glad to visit with her even at home! Because they had sold the beach lot, we actually had to, for the first time ever, use the public beach in Hope. It was still a great time!! And of course, good to relax, especially for me after having just spent 32 hours with James and Michelle!

Nice photos!! Looks like you've made some great memories! I like the collages... are they made that way to put into a blog book?
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, Nicole. You guys have been keeping busy! Kawkawa Lake looks beautiful. Do they have a provincial campground there? I too like the collages... a neat way to display a lot of picturs.
